I get no meters (or sound) in Cubase.
1. Make sure Cubase is reading the ASIO driver for the soundcard you want to use. Go to Devices > Device Setup > VST Multitrack (VST Audiobay for 3 users) and make sure the ASIO driver: is set to your sound card.
2. In the program go under Devices > VST Connections and on the 'outputs' tab make sure you have an output bus created otherwise you will get no meters.
