How do I import a song I created on my keyboard workstation?

To import a song created on a keyboard workstation, save the song as a MIDI file onto a floppy disk and import the song using the File > Import > MIDI File function. If your keyboard doesn't have a floppy disk drive, of if your computer doesn't either, slave the keyboard workstation to Cubase via MIDI Clock and record the MIDI data in real-time.
