How can I set Cubase/Nuendo to automatically save my project , say every 5 minutes?

Go to File>Preferences>General and check the box named "autosave." Then set a time interval of 5 minutes just below. To make the changes take effect, click on "apply" at the bottom of the Preferences window and then click on "OK."
