Need help? You're in the right place! Technical Support is available in multiple forms for Steinberg users in the USA*.

Phone support
is available Monday through Thursday, 9-5 and Fridays 9-4 Eastern time for registered users of all supported Steinberg products at (714) 228-3301. If you are not registered, you will need to register with either your registration card included with the product or a sales receipt, or online at MySteinberg.

Cubase LE
Cubase LE is a light version of Cubase that comes bundled with many manufacturers' hardware. It is a fully capable program, but being free, it is not officially supported by Steinberg Technical Support. To get support for Cubase LE, please call the manufacturer of the product with which it was bundled. You may also find help right here at SteinbergUsers.com.

Online support
is available here at SteinbergUsers.com in the form of Video Guides, Tutorials, Frequently Asked Questions (Cubase, WaveLab, Nuendo, Plug-ins), the Newbie Zone (Cubase, WaveLab, Plug-ins), and General links. Also, the Users Forum is a great resource for asking questions and learning what others are doing, and how they are doing it.

Get your updates
Steinberg releases improvements and bug fixes, known as Updates (not to be confused with Upgrades which are completely new versions) as they are developed, and they are available as free downloads from their global website; www.steinberg.net. You should check in from time to time to be sure you have the most current version.

Upgrade
One of the benefits of owning a full retail version of Cubase (aside from the amazing sound quality and feature sets) is the privilege of free and unlimited phone support. Check out your upgrade options online, or call USA sales at (877) 253-3900.

Unsupported products
If you do not see your product in the list here, chances are that product is no longer supported by Steinberg. The best way to get help in this case is through the online resources listed above.

Online Registration
You can now set up an account and register online at MySteinberg, the global Steinberg registration database . The online registration process is quick and easy, and will automatically register all products on your Steinberg Key, or it will allow you to register products that are not dongle protected with the product's serial number.
